I remember Tilda Swinton’s androgynous angel Gabriel hypnotised me. This scene in particular where her chest is flattened and shoulders broadened was a moment of gender awakening for me.<\/p>\n

The idea of the angel Gabriel has always been a non-gendered symbol\/entity\/promise for me. This film opened something that couldn’t go back in its box.<\/p>\n
